I have been a dance teacher in Queensland high schools for over 12 years having also delved into the world of yoga teaching. I am passionate about and dedicated to delivering quality Dance education. Most recently I became a registered provider of Queensland Ballet's early years creative dance program Petit Pointers and am super excited to be bringing it to communities in the Scenic Rim and Gold Coast region.
The benefits of dance are numerous ... so why not let your little one explore their creativity and imagination whilst building confidence and developing both fine and gross motor skills.

Why creative dance
The PHYSICAL and PSYCHOLOGICAL benefits of CREATIVE DANCE are worth the time and commitment for parents to make. The numerous benefits include:
physical wellbeing & development
language & listening skills
improved social skills
creativity and artistry.
Dance develops creativity and curiosity empowering the youngest learners to enter their first years of school with a positive disposition for learning. It provides children with a unique way to develop literacy skills to express themselves and communicate ideas and stories well before they can read and write.
QB Petit Pointers is a magical introduction to the world of dance and ballet. The program encourages personal expression and development of confidence in each child.
Classes are underpinned by the early years learning framework and evidence-based research, providing you with confidence in a program created to complement and enhance your child’s development.
Weekly 30 minutes classes for 2-3 and 4-5 yrs set within a framework of storytelling, exploration and artistic play. Classes stimulate the imagination, musicality and natural movement in your child.
